In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jp108 website accessible at https://jp108.bet and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, sub-pages, and applications operated by jp108.
• "jp108", "we", "us", or "our" refers to jp108 and its authorised operators, licensees, and affiliates responsible for operating and maintaining the Platform.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered member account held by a User on the Platform, used to access betting products, manage funds, and interact with jp108 services.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake of real IDR funds placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, virtual sports event, bingo round, or any other betting product offered on the Platform.
• "Funds" means the IDR balance held within a User's Account, consisting of deposits, winnings, and any applicable bonus amounts.

• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to jp108's identity and age verification procedures applied to User accounts prior to withdrawal processing or at any point deemed necessary by jp108.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone applied to operational hours, draw times, and scheduled events on the Platform.
• "IDR" or "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency accepted and processed on the Platform.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account with jp108, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. You are a natural person aged 21 years or older.
2. You are a resident of Indonesia or are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting activity is not prohibited under applicable local law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of jp108, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or permanently banned from the jp108 Platform under any prior username or account.
6. You are of sound mental capacity and are not suffering from a gambling addiction that renders you legally incapable of entering into contractual agreements.
7. You are not located in any jurisdiction where these Terms & Conditions or the use of betting services would be unlawful.

Each individual User may hold only one (1) Account on the jp108 Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different email addresses, or via different devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all funds therein.

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national identity document (KTP or passport).
• A valid and actively monitored email address.
• A valid Indonesian mobile phone number.
• Your date of birth confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• A secure password of at least eight (8) characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numerals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. jp108 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, WhatsApp, or any other channel. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you, and jp108 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your login details.

jp108 reserves the right to verify your identity at any stage of the registration process or thereafter. As part of KYC procedures, you may be required to submit a copy of your national identity card (KTP), a photograph of yourself holding your identity document, and documentation confirming your bank account ownership. jp108 will process such documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

All financial transactions on the jp108 Platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jp108 does not accept foreign currency deposits, and no currency conversion facility is offered on the Platform.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels currently include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. jp108 reserves the right to add or remove payment channels without prior notice. An up-to-date list of available channels is displayed on the deposits and withdrawals page within your Account dashboard after login.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon confirmation of receipt by jp108's payment processing systems. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply per transaction and per channel; these are displayed at the point of transaction within your Account. jp108 does not charge fees on incoming deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jp108 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by jp108's finance team during operational hours (08:00–24:00 WIB, daily). Requests submitted within operational hours are typically completed within 15 minutes. Requests submitted outside operational hours will be queued and processed when operations resume. Withdrawals will only be released to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered in your own legal name and matches the identity information on file with jp108.

KYC Requirement for Withdrawals: Completion of KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. jp108 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing and request additional documentation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

jp108 offers various promotional incentives to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of each offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this clause.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered on the jp108 Platform:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement (turnover requirement) that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.

• Expiry: Bonuses and the associated wagering requirements expire within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms. Unclaimed or partially unreleased bonuses will be forfeited on expiry.
• One Bonus Per Player: Only one bonus may be active on a User's Account at any time unless otherwise stated. Bonuses cannot be combined or stacked unless jp108 explicitly permits this in the relevant promotion terms.
• Abuse: jp108 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to clear bonuses with minimal risk, or coordinated play between multiple accounts.
• Modification and Withdrawal: jp108 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior not ice. Users who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the point of opt-in.

All wagers placed on the jp108 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each product category. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable product rules. The following general betting rules apply across all products:

• Finality of Bets: Once a wager is confirmed by the Platform, it is final and cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the User, except where jp108's product rules explicitly provide a cash-out or early settlement option for a specific market.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each product and market carries minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed at the point of bet placement. jp108 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Users or markets at any time.
• Odds and Prices: Odds displayed on the sportsbook, including markets for BRI Liga 1, EPL, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the binding odds for that wager. Voor bola (Asian handicap) and mix parlay (accumulator) markets are offered on selected fixtures and are subject to their own specific settlement rules.
• Void Bets: jp108 reserves the right to void any wager where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed error, manifest pricing error, or where the integrity of the event is in question. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the User's Account balance.
• Collusion and Fraud: Any wager placed in connection with match-fixing, collusion, use of automated betting software, or any other form of fraudulent activity will be voided, and the User's Account will be permanently suspended with all funds forfeited.
• Disconnection Policy: In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or slot session, the outcome determined by the server at the time of disconnection is final. jp108 is not liable for losses caused by the User's internet connection instability.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting activity. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any Platform content without jp108's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game content on the Platform.
• Use any automated data extraction tool, scraper, crawler, or bot to collect odds data, game data, or any other information from the Platform.
• Frame, mirror, or link to the Platform in a manner that implies association with any third-party entity without jp108's written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jp108 excludes all liability for the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, regardless of whether jp108 was advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled or emergency maintenance, force majeure events, third-party service outages (including banking system downtime at BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or any other payment provider), or events beyond jp108's reasonable control.
• Inaccuracies in third-party data feeds used for live odds, match scores, or game results, provided jp108 acts in good faith in relying on such data.
• Losses arising from the User's failure to secure their Account credentials, including unauthorised access by third parties.

jp108's total aggregate liability to any individual User arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their Account in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jp108 collects, processes, and stores personal data submitted by Users in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to jp108's processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include: account authentication and identity verification (KYC), transaction processing and fraud prevention, customer support and communication, regulatory compliance and AML monitoring, and — with your separate consent — marketing communications about promotions and new products.

jp108 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or confiscate funds therein, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
• Collusion, match-fixing, use of betting bots, or any other form of dishonest play.
• Chargebacks or disputes raised with a payment provider without first contacting jp108 support.
• Holding more than one Account on the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction.
• A User being under 21 years of age at the time of registration or at any subsequent point.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting jp108 support via live chat or email. Any verified, withdrawable balance remaining in a closed Account will be returned to the User's registered bank account or e-wallet within 5 business days, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jp108 holds its operating licence. Where a dispute arises between a User and jp108 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation or the Platform's internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing authority's territory.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.

jp108 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jp108 will notify registered Users via the email address on file and will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with Clause 11. jp108 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.
